Dead Air
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
🕯️ SYNOPSIS
You are the latest in a long line of radio operators stationed at an isolated outpost run by a government-affiliated organization… one that no one really talks about. Your job? Scan through eerie frequencies. Log anomalies. Report... something. But the station is silent. The logs are fragmented. And your only real connection to the outside world is the radio.
Seven strange frequencies await you. The more you listen… the more reality warps around you. Static bleeds into whispers. Voices sound… familiar. You're no longer sure what’s real… or what’s coming through.
📡 OBJECTIVE
Your mission is simple: listen and survive.
Piece together the truth behind the missing operators. But beware—each frequency plays simultaneously. Tune in to one, and you may miss vital fragments on another. The truth is scattered… and listening comes at a cost.
🧠 RESOURCES
You have only one resource: your sanity.
Some frequencies drain it faster than others. If it drops to zero… well, let’s just say no one hears from you again.
To regain sanity, you can rest—sleep for 4 or 8 hours. But time moves on while you sleep. The transmissions don’t wait for you.
👁️ SANITY & HALLUCINATIONS
The lower your sanity drops, the more the world around you fractures. Walls appear to be moving. Reality bends. Did you just hear footsteps?
Are you hallucinating... or is something trying to reach you?
